Key Details:
1. Assistant Relationship Manager – Transactional Banking (Arusha)
Location: Head Office, Arusha
Reports to: Head – Transactional Banking
Vacancy Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, particularly in tourism, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Achieve challenging sales targets and stretch income goals while improving customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage relationships with top borrowers, ensuring efficient management of inflows and payments.
- Monitor key client accounts, sales performance, and business development activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transactional queries and service requests from clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales and account management, ideally within a banking or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial risk management, and loan covenants.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
2. Assistant Manager – Transactional Monitoring (Dar es Salaam)
Location: Head Office, Dar es Salaam
Reports to: Head – Transactional Banking
Vacancy Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top borrowers, offering tailored transactional banking solutions.
- Monitor and process inflows and payments, ensuring adherence to loan agreements and financial covenants.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are routed through the bank, meeting the requirements of the loan covenants.
- Prepare regular reports on financial status and breaches, collaborating with corporate relationship managers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
- Solid understanding of banking products, loan covenants, and financial risk management.
- Proficient in operating systems, banking products, and customer service delivery systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
