1. Human Resource Officer II – 1 Vacancy (Head Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee the staff performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including compiling personal details and assisting with orientation.
- Contribute to staff welfare programs and staff development initiatives.
- Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accurate processing of salaries.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies to staff to ensure consistent understanding and implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Sociology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

2. Driver II – 2 Vacancies (Zanzibar & Dar es Salaam)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and efficient transportation services, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Take responsibility for the vehicle’s care and maintenance, ensuring it is always clean and in good condition.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle movements and ensure vehicle logs are up to date.
- Assist in handling documents, including collection and delivery of mail, and photocopying when required.
- Report any mechanical issues or defects promptly for immediate resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Secondary School Certificate and a valid Driving License (Class C or E).
- At least 1 year of accident-free driving experience.
- Completion of a basic driving course is an advantage.
