Position Overview:
Camp Atupele is in search of a skilled and creative Chef to support our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality meals, manage stock, design menus, and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and create diverse and appealing menus for guests.
– Kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
– Manage inventory and control food costs.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
– Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
– Proven experience as a Chef in a hospitality setting.
– Creative menu planning and presentation skills.
– Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
– Fluent in English and Swahili
