INVITATION FOR TENDER
- Introduction:
Health Outreach Tanzania (HoTA) is non-Governmental organization which registered in 14th July 2022 with registration number 00NGO/R/3541 with vision ‘’A community to live better healthier life’’.
Our main Objectives are:
- Provide health education and promote awareness to the community on the outbreak diseases local and global.
- Engage and empower individuals and communities to choose healthy behaviors, and make changes that reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases and other morbidities
- To create supportive environments for health, strengthen community action for health, develop personal skills and reorient health services
- Improved access to health and wellbeing of women, youth and children
- HOTA invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders to tender for the following items/services:

| HoTA/02/A/2024 | Accounting Package Installation and Maintenance | The provider should provide simple to use accounting systems with strong control to protect organization assets (SAGE Pastel or QuickBooks) |
| HoTA/03/SP/2024 | Office stationery Supplies & Printing | Supplier should supply stationeries and printing |
| HoTA/04/PM/2024 | Promotional materials (T-shirt, Banner, Bags, brochures, fliers, leaflets, signboard etc) | Provide eye-catching designs, colors, and graphics that will grab the attention of targeted audience. |
| HoTA/05/AT/2024 | Air ticket agency services | To work closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel-related businesses to provide HoTA with comprehensive travel packages that meet their specific needs and preferences. |
| HoTA/06/SS/2024 | Security services | Provide security services including alarm and CCTV camera to HOTA offices premises. |
| HoTA/07/BS/2024 | Banking Services Provider | A service provider will provide banking services to Health Outreach Tanzania offices in Dar es salaam main office |
| HoTA/08/AA/2024 | Audit and Assurance Services | Provide Audit services for HoTA’s financial statements and other assurances services |
- The interested bidders may request bidding proposal through email: [email protected] from 30th January to 23rd February 2024 at 15:00PM.
- The document will be required upon payment of 30,000 equivalents to $12 (United States Dollars). The amount will be deposited in the Health Outreach Tanzania bank account with details below:

Upon payment you will be required to bring bank pay slip, HOTA will not accept cash or cheque.
- A Complete bid original document clearly marked with tender number in a sealed envelope must be addressed to EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, HEALTH OUTREACH TANZANIA, P. O. BOX 11878 DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA.
- The deadline for submission of bids at the HOTA Offices tender board box is on Thursday 29th February 2024 at 10:00 Am after which no bid will be accepted.
- Received Tender will be opened on Monday 4th March 2024 noon 15hours in the HOTA offices in public and the presence of bidders or their representatives who opt to attend.
