Our client, one of the largest manufacturers of mattresses and pillows, and also the operator of a well-known online clothing and accessories store in Poland, is looking for dedicated men and women aged 22 to 50 to join their dynamic team.
Locations:
- Turek: Manufacturing facility
- Wrocław: Warehouse operations
- Magnytsia Village (near Wrocław): Online store warehouse
Salary:
- 1070 – 1170 EUR net per month
- Efficiency Bonuses:
- 107%-113%: Additional 1 PLN/hour
- 114%-120%: Additional 2 PLN/hour
- 121%-128%: Additional 3 PLN/hour
- Over 129%: Additional 4 PLN/hour
Work Schedule:
- Manufacturing Facility (Turek):
- 1st shift: 6:00-18:00
- 2nd shift: 18:00-6:00
- Saturdays (twice a month): 1st shift 6:00-14:00, 2nd shift 14:00-22:00
- Warehouse (Wrocław):
- 1st shift: 7:00-15:00, 3:00-15:00
- 2nd shift: 15:00-23:00, 15:00-3:00
- 3rd shift: 23:00-7:00
- Overtime required on weekends
- Online Store Warehouse (Magnytsia Village):
- 2 shifts, 10 hours each: 06:00-16:15, 16:30-02:45
- Shifts alternate every 2 weeks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manufacturing Facility:
- Filling and packaging pillows
- Automated packaging of mattresses
- Packaging finished products in cardboard boxes
- Production of mattress springs
- Receiving fleece rolls from the production line
- Warehouse (Wrocław):
- Receiving goods
- Packing finished products in cardboard packaging
- Stacking finished products on pallets
- Online Store Warehouse:
- Sorting and unpacking goods
- Order picking and packing
- Working with a scanner
- Maintaining cleanliness and order
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Passport
- Dedication and desire to work
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Readiness for shift work
