Here’s an overview of the positions available and what we’re looking for:
1. Head Chef
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in creating innovative, high-quality dishes for our guests.
- Maintain kitchen operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Develop and manage the kitchen team, including training and mentoring.
- Create and design menus that reflect the high standards of the lodges.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food innovation.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
2. Sous-Chef
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in kitchen management.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience as a Sous-Chef or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Relevant culinary qualifications are an advantage.
3. Chef de Partie
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to standards.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Assist in the creation of menus and new dishes.

- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar position.

4. Food & Beverage – Waiters

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

- Ensure guests’ needs are met and exceeded.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
