We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communication & Public Relations Assistant to support our brand visibility and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role involves managing multimedia content (photos, testimonials, videos), coordinating internal communications, and assisting with spokesperson logistics and public-facing messaging.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing communication strategies across internal and external platforms
• Capture and curate high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and social media
• Collect and edit customer and partner testimonials for use in promotional materials
• Coordinate internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and staff updates
• Support media relations efforts by preparing press kits, briefing documents, and spokesperson schedules
• Maintain and update content on company website and social media channels
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular PR reports
• Assist in organizing press events, interviews, and public appearances
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in communications, PR, or media production
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Familiarity with internal communication platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
