Responsibilities

The program offers a full-rounded experience of the Banking Sector. Successful individuals will be intensively trained, coached, and mentored on the job training and exposed to various functions in the CRDB Bank Plc in preparation for the next generation of transformational leaders.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited university
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025
• 28 years of age or younger
• Must upload certified copies of academic certificates, including Form Four, Form Six, and University certificates/transcripts
• Innovation-driven, ambitious, and competitive
• Tech-savvy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, creativity, critical thinking, and versatility
• Additional professional qualifications will be an added advantage for roles requiring specific credentials (e.g., Finance – CPA (T), ACCA; Risk – CISA)
