Position: Internship Opportunities (Multiple Fields)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Contract Type: Internship (1– 3) Months, with Possible Retention Based on Performance.
Reports To: Department Head / Supervisor

B. INTERNSHIP CATEGORIES & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Human Resource Management Intern
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and on boarding processes.
- Support preparation of HR documents, job descriptions, and contracts.
- Participate in training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development.
- Basic understanding of Tanzanian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred (or equivalent academic standing).
- Strong integrity and attention to detail.
2. Business Development & Administrative Intern
- Support business registration (BRELA, TIN, Licences) and documentation.
- Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, and strategic plans.
- Manage client communication and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement and growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian business registration procedures is an advantage.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred (or equivalent academic standing).
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
3. Accounting & Finance Intern
- Support payroll preparation, data entry, and reconciliation.
- Assist with bookkeeping, tax filing, and financial reporting.
- Maintain financial records and assist in audits.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel).
- Accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in financial handling.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred (or equivalent academic standing).
- Eagerness to learn and apply financial compliance principles.
4. Marketing & Communication Intern
- Manage company social media pages and create digital content.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, branding, and event coordination.
- Develop creative content (flyers, posts, articles) to promote services.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or Digital Media.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or any content creation tools is a plus.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred (or equivalent academic standing).
- Creative, results-oriented, and digitally savvy.
5. Research & Academic Support Intern
- Support academic writing, editing, and formatting for students and clients.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports.
- Assist in developing training materials and feasibility studies.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Education, Research, Statistics, or Project Management.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SPSS, or research tools preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred (or equivalent academic standing).
- Keen attention to detail and time management skills.
6. ICT & Data Management Intern (Optional Category)
- Support digital record systems and IT tools used by departments.
- Assist with system maintenance and data security.
- Improve workflow automation and online data management.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Understanding of cloud storage, databases, or basic programming an advantage.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred (or equivalent academic standing).
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
