Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Provide guidance to senior management on emerging technology trends and innovations.
Infrastructure & Systems Management
Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
Ensure smooth implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and adoption of new technologies.
Information Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain robust information security systems, controls, and policies.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
Vendor & Project Management
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable technology solutions.
Lead IT-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Operational Support
Ensure timely and effective IT support across all departments to maintain optimal productivity.
Support organizational change management initiatives involving new systems or technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in an IT leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Experience in budgeting, project management, and IT strategy development.
Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
