Responsibilities

• Assist in developing study plans/protocols and amendments.
• Ensure study plans, amendments, and SOPs are accessible to all study personnel and adhered to.
• Follow study plan procedures and inform the Study Director of any deviations; take corrective action where necessary.
• Ensure all raw data is fully documented and recorded accurately.
• Assist in writing the final report and ensure data validity in compliance with GLP principles.
• Prepare and present oral and written reports as required by the Project Leader or Test Facility Manager.
• Assess and document the impact of any deviations from the study plan on study quality and integrity.
• Ensure all computerized systems used in the study are validated; verify that equipment is calibrated and fit for use.
• Ensure all study documents (study plan, final report, raw data, and supporting material) are archived upon study completion.
• Maintain proper storage of equipment, supplies, and records in the testing area.
• Ensure all applicable data forms, logs, and checklists are updated and available in the testing area.
• Set, measure, document, and track operational testing performance against goals.
• Ensure the testing laboratory operates safely and efficiently, including routine equipment maintenance.
• Maintain equipment records and follow up on testing activities according to SOP requirements.
• Support development and delivery of internal training and communication to the Study Director.

Required Skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or related field.

Experience

Required Experience

• Experience in GLP studies and report writing.
• Experience in data analysis using STATA.
• Hands-on experience in Phase I experiments.

Preferred Language Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
