Position: Sales and Marketing Interns (2)

TrustLink Insurance Broker

Type: 6 months, with possible 6-month extension based on performance

Location: Dar es Salaam

Start: As soon as possible

What you’ll do

• Prospect and onboard new clients for personal and corporate insurance.
• Explain products clearly, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales.
• Support field activations, campus/SME outreach, and digital campaigns.
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and submit weekly reports.
• Coordinate with insurers on proposals, policy issuance, and renewals.
• Collect market feedback and suggest product and process improvements.
• Promote TrustLink brand values at every touchpoint.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor’s student/graduate in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or related field.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Comfortable meeting targets and working in the field when needed.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets and good social media skills.
• High integrity, coachable, and a team player.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, not a must.
