1. Finance & Administration Officer

This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to manage finances and streamline administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management & Reporting:
        • Prepare purchase orders for activities and purchases.
        • Ensure payments follow PO approvals.
        • Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts payable/receivable.
        • Support monthly financial verifications and closings.
    • Compliance & Internal Controls:
        • Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations.
        • File obligations with TRA, ZRA, and ZSSF.
        • Stay updated on Zanzibar’s tax laws and regulations.
        • Monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and safeguard assets.
        • Assist in internal and external audits.
    • Administrative & Office Management:
        • Support teams with office logistics.
        • Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
        • Oversee office assets, including vehicle logbooks and utilities.

    • Procurement Coordination:
