  We’re seeking a talented Quality Performance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring top-notch service quality and customer satisfaction within the telecommunications industry. Your core responsibilities will include:
  - - Collaborating with TCRA & UCSAF Zonal teams to maintain Quality of Service (QoS), resolve issues, and conduct external interference visits.
  - - Analyzing data via CSW/Meta Enterprise Centre and preparing Zonal Performance Reports for regulatory bodies like UCSAF and TCRA.
  - - Supporting the technology department by understanding customer needs through Zonal market visits.
  - - Managing customer complaints from TCRA, UCSAF, and other regulators, ensuring timely resolutions.
  - - Liaising with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to address complaints and provide feedback.
  - - Assisting regional Quality teams and collaborating with customer service on Voice of Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) follow-ups.
