Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A diploma or degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Experience with diagnostics and repair of engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and other machinery components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (Swahili & English) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license (some travel to client sites may be required).
