ROLE SUMMARY:
Main Role is to serves as an administrative link between field officers and management. She/He facilitates efficient implementation of field programs by ensuring smooth collation and flow of information across.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organisesand maintains accurate records of all Agronomy
- Ensurestimely reports on a weekly basis of all Agronomy activities in all areas of
- Maintainsaccurate records of all Agronomy inputs distribution if
- Ensuresall SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are adhered to at all
- Coordinatestobacco deliveries to all markets as
- Assistsin organization and recording of tobacco deliveries
- Verificationof payment documents
- Assistson procurement Procedures
- Assistson Stores management procedures
- 1Ensurestimelines of required operational procedures are kept and to notify management immediately of any irregularities.
- Maintainsaccurate distribution records in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures)
- ManagesAgronomy programs in conjunction with the GAP team according to the strategic
- Always ensures the security of all Project resources by stringent monitoring and follow up and documentation
- Maintainsstrong communication links with Agronomy team through a viable network and feedback system
- Formsworking relationships with other agencies in the area to coordinate activities where
- Supports,supervises and provides necessary guidance to field
- Maintainsan efficient and professional workplace, ensuring that the company is properly represented and that clients are properly served
- Managesthe implementation of all programs as directed by your
- Performsany specific SHE tasks or responsibilities as per appointment by SHE coordinator or Managing Director
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diplomain Business Administration or Diploma in Accountancy
- 3years’ experience in Agriculture Management
- Excellentin Microsoft Office, communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and training.

REPORTING:
The job incumbent will be based in TABORA and will directly be reporting to PRODUCTION MANAGER. Remunerations
