BAR & LOUNGE MANAGER
Location: Vegas Bar & Lounge, Tegeta Wazo Near Montana Lounge, Dar es Salaam Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the bar and lounge. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Manage inventory, stock contrl, sapplier relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
