Position: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

 

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Director to lead our commercial sales and marketing department. The ideal candidate will reassert market leadership and boost revenue through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:

– Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

– Minimum 5 years in a leadership position.

– Proven track record of managing large teams and budgets.

– Experience in strategic planning and execution.

– Strong background in market analysis and business development.

 

Responsibilities:

– Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

– KPI Management: Set, track, and achieve ambitious KPIs to drive revenue growth.

– Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and internal performance analyses.

– Revenue Diversification: Explore and implement new revenue opportunities.

– Sales Leadership: Enhance sales and marketing efforts through training and customer-focused strategies.

– Performance Management: Implement systems for regular performance monitoring and feedback.

– Cultural Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture through incentives and collaboration.

– Innovation: Encourage and lead continuous improvement and innovative thinking.

– Key Account Acquisition: Oversee comprehensive performance-based KPIs.

 

Other Responsibilities and Expectations:

– Revenue Growth: Increase advertising revenue by 20% within the next fiscal year and diversify revenue streams to achieve 15% of total revenue from mainstream, digital advertising, and sponsored content.

– Market Share: Increase market share by 10% in target demographics within 12 months.

– Customer Engagement: Grow audience engagement by 15% through targeted marketing campaigns and content personalization.

– Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer satisfaction scores by 10% as measured by client feedback surveys.

– Sales Performance: Achieve a 25% increase in ad sales from high-growth sectors and ensure 90% of the sales team meets or exceeds individual sales targets.
