ITHUBA Tanzania is seeking an individual to support the growth and performance of client retail outlets by ensuring effective in-store execution and sales of lottery products. This role is responsible for monitoring store sales performance and providing hands-on support to store owners, managers, and their teams to help maximize lottery sales.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE).
- Certificate or diploma in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years experience selling technical products (such as cell phones) or selling FMCG products or cigarettes to Key Accounts, independent retail outlets or service stations.
- 3+ years sales experience in the gaming or lottery environment.
- A resident of Ruvuma with in-depth knowledge of the local terrain.
