FTTx Project Manager
Qualification and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Information Technology from the recognized Universities.
Required Skills:
- Specialized in fiber optic communication systems, broadband networks, and digital transmission.
- Strong knowledge of FTTx architectures (GPON, XG-PON, etc.).
- Understanding of fiber optic principles (splicing, OTDR testing, optical budgets).
- Project management expertise (PMP, PRINCE2 certification is added advantage).
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tools to know GIS/AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, OTDR, Power Meter, Splicing Machine.
