Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and sales leadership, with a track record of achieving significant business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, sales strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and senior management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and team-building skills.
