Mwiba Holdings Limited is registered Tanzanian Company under Companies Ordinance (Cap. 212) and a leading Hospitality company with its Operations in Arusha, Meatu-Simiyu and Mara Regions. We are currently looking for Junior Graphic Designer (1 position) to be part of our Team, the role is based in Arusha with rotation to other employer’s properties.
Role Overview; A creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Based in our Arusha office, you will collaborate closely with our Head Designer to produce visually compelling, brand-consistent materials. From digital content and printed collateral to presentations and guest-facing materials, this role offers the chance to work across varied creative projects.
Key Responsibilities;
- Creating and adapting marketing materials including brochures, information booklets, social media graphics and presentation materials.
- Designing print-ready files for conservation materials, guest communications and trade show collateral.
- Supporting our digital presence through social media assets and website graphics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Taking briefs from various team members and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Assisting with photo editing and basic layout work for various projects.
Qualification and Skills;
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (preferred) or Canva
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Based in Arusha and willing to work from our office
- A genuine passion for conservation and hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with remote team members
- Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
Desirable:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of print production processes
- Interest in or knowledge of Tanzania’s wildlife and conservation landscape
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design work (any level welcome)
