MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER (FULL TIME )

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: in Monitoring and Evaluation, statistics, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&E roles within development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with donor, organizational, and national M&E guidelines.
  • Work closely with program staff, partners, and beneficiaries to strengthen participatory M&E approaches.
  • Represent the organization in M&E-related networks and forums as needed.
  • Design and implement data collection tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to track progress.
  • Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting.

Annual Salary: TZS 12,000,000/= to 14,400,000 /=
