1. Contact Centre Trainer (Fixed Term – 3 Years) – 1 Position

- Job Purpose: Design and deliver training programs to equip Contact Center staff with the skills and knowledge to deliver top-tier customer service in the banking sector.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging onboarding programs for new hires.

- Develop and update training materials (manuals, presentations, online resources) aligned with banking products and policies.

- Conduct coaching and refresher sessions to boost performance and compliance.

- Assess training needs using data analysis, surveys, and audits.

- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Education, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer experience or contact center training.
