King Casino, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers will be responsible for the following
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Casino
Providing basic company information
Direct visitors
Proficiency in computer use
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable,
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Any other duties as directed by your supervisor/Manager
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Certificate/Diploma/ degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is a plus
Women not more than 26 years
WORK HOURS
8 hours Day or Night shift including Saturdays and Sundays
