Job Purpose:
To manage Business Intelligence (BI) at the OPCO level and oversee the site rollout process from site identification, business case development, rollout, post-launch analysis, and site productivity improvement.

Administrative Reporting to Marketing Director
Key Accountabilities:
- Market Evaluations for New Coverage Sites
- Lead the identification and evaluation of potential areas in collaboration with the Technical and Business Development teams.
- Prepare business cases for all planned rollouts and validate with Finance.
- Provide site rollout input to Finance & Network teams.
- Prepare Competition Updates
- Track competitors’ activities and provide weekly updates.
- Prepare key site reports and communicate with regional teams.
- Site Launch Tracking & Productivity
- Monitor and improve performance of underperforming sites in collaboration with Sales/Technical teams.
- Plan and coordinate site launches (Coverage, Infill & Upgrade).
- Implement device sales at AMB locations where UCSAF sites are activated.
- Coordinate network audits at new and underperforming sites.
- Site Performance Diagnosis
- Monitor the productivity of 1194 low-revenue sites and implement initiatives for performance improvement.

- 187 Infill Sites
- 167 UCSAF Sites
- 267 2G/3G – 4G Upgrades
- 219 L-2600 Upgrades
- Focus on improving the revenue of 1194 sites currently underperforming.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in GIS, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
- MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
- Relevant Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Management Information Systems, data mining, analysis, and GIS applications.
- 2+ years of telecom industry experience.
- Other Requirements:
- Skills in database management, script writing, and data mining.
- Proficient in GIS applications like MapInfo Professional.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent planning, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Swahili and English is mandatory.
