Good Neighbors Tanzania (GNTZ) is a non-profit humanitarian and development organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through sustainable development initiatives.
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced security service providers to express their interest in providing security and alarm services for our Head Office at Dar es Salaam, Boko Area near Chama located alongside New Bagamoyo road.
Scope of Services:
The selected security firm will be expected to provide, but not limited to:
- Deployment of trained and licensed security personnel on a 24/7 basis
- Regular patrols and access control at designated locations
- Installation, monitoring, and maintenance of alarm systems
- Surveillance support and emergency response coordination
- Protection of staff, visitors, property, and assets
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested firms must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Valid business license and registration in Tanzania
- Proven experience in delivering professional security and alarm services
- Availability of trained and certified security personnel and technical staff
- Capacity to install and maintain modern alarm and surveillance systems
- Compliance with relevant laws and industry standards
Submission Requirements:
Firms interested in participating are requested to submit their Expression of Interest including:
- Company profile highlighting relevant experience
- Copies of valid registration, licenses, and certifications
- Description of technical capabilities (including alarm systems)
- List of current or previous clients (NGOs or similar institutions preferred)
- Contact details of the firm’s authorized representative
Submission Deadline:
All EOIs must be submitted by 11th July 2025, either physically via email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Expression of Interest for Security and Alarm Services.”
