SALES EXECUTIVE VACANCY FOR LUXURY CAMP IN KOGATENDE SERENGETI

On behalf of our client with Luxury Camp in Kogatende Serengeti we are looking for qualified and interested candidates to join our client team for the above role

POSITION SUMMARY:

Executive in charge of reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Sales Plan. Responsible for orienting and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects.

 Job Description:

• Receive and process booking requests from various sources.
• Provide quotes, prepare customized itineraries, and communicate with reservation team subject to availability and policies.
• Develop tailor-made travel itineraries and quotations for clients, handling all inquiries from initial contact to final booking confirmation.
• Ensure all bookings align with the client terms, including prompt follow-up on provisional bookings and outstanding payments.
• Process and issue detailed booking documentation (invoices, confirmations, itineraries, etc.) to travel agents.
• Maintain accurate records and archives per company policy.
• Discuss requirements with agents/DMC Company and propose effective solutions.
• Collect and share all relevant guest details with camp, and respond promptly to camp manager or accounts queries regarding guest information.

 Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel industry sales, preferably in destination management or luxury travel sectors
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex sales and market data
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Proven track record of relationship management and problem resolution
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking technologies
