KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transaction & Advisory Support
- Provide analytical input for client pitches, investor presentations, prospectuses, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with Corporate Advisory teams on due diligence, financial structuring, and deal execution.
- Maintain and enrich databases of institutional investors, strategic partners, and transaction benchmarks.
- Contribute to valuation reports and investment memoranda for M&A, IPOs, bond issuances, and private placements.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in investment banking, capital markets or economic research.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (cash, comparables).
- Experience in transaction support (M&A, IPOs, bond issuances, project finance).
- Familiarity with CMSA and DSE regulatory frameworks.
