1. Programme Development Officer – 1 Post
  • Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the design and development of executive education programs under the Executive Education Directorate. Duties include preparing assessment tools, analyzing leadership capacity challenges, processing participant feedback, developing instructional materials, and reviewing training content to align with UONGOZI’s high standards.
  • Daily Tasks: Conduct surveys, analyze data, prepare reports, and collaborate with consultants to ensure program relevance and quality.
