1. Contact Centre Trainer (Fixed Term – 3 Years)

Location: Head Office, Hq
Job Purpose: Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Contact Center staff to enhance skills and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging onboarding training for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain training materials aligned with current products and services.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching and refresher training.
  • Implement tailored programs for different teams (sales, complaints, support).
  • Assess training needs through data analysis and feedback.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Coaching skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies or related fields.
  • 3+ years in customer service or contact center learning.
  • Training certification is an advantage.

2. Manager; Trade Operations

Location: Head Office, Hq
Job Purpose: Manage and lead the Trade Operations team to ensure service excellence, compliance, and efficiency in delivering trade finance products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the trade finance portfolio and related transactions.
  • Review and process trade finance documents.
  • Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve turnaround times.
  • Oversee operational risks and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
  • Provide training and support to trade finance staff.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of trade finance products (Letters of Credit, Trade Loans, etc.).
  • Knowledge of international trade and banking regulations.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Certification in Trade Finance (CITFCPA/CPB) is a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience in trade finance and banking operations.

3. Project Manager (Fixed Term – 1 Year)

Location: Head Office, Hq
Job Purpose: Oversee and ensure successful delivery of strategic construction projects within budget, timeline, and quality specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate project closure and lessons learned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced understanding of construction project management.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects.

  • Advise management on employee relations strategies.

  • Manage disciplinary actions and grievances.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of employment laws and dispute resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
  • 3+ years’ experience in employee relations.
