Available Positions
1. Head of Supervisors (1 Position)
Work Station: Dodoma Responsibilities:
- Oversee supervisors and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Facilitate communication between management and lower-level employees.
- Ensure cleaning and gardening tasks are delivered with quality and on time.
- Plan and assign tasks to supervisors and the entire team.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of all employees.
- Address challenges or complaints from clients or the work team.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly work reports to senior management.
- Ensure work equipment and safety protocols are fully implemented.
Qualifications:
- Education: From Form IV to diploma level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in managing cleaning operations is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
2. Cleaning Supervisor (2 Positions)
Work Station: Dodoma Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to cleaning staff.
- Supervise cleaning activities indoors and outdoors.
- Inspect areas after cleaning.
- Report work progress to the head supervisor.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork in the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Form IV.
- Experience in supervisory roles is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
3. Cleaners (20 Positions)
Work Station: Dodoma Responsibilities:
- Clean offices, windows, floors, and restrooms.
- Clean outdoor areas such as parking lots and corridors.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly.
- Dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Ensure the environment remains clean at all times.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions daily.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Standard VII.
- Experience in cleaning is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
4. Gardener (10 Positions)
Work Station: Dodoma Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and maintain plants, flowers, and grass.
- Trim trees and remove or burn decayed leaves.
- Weed and apply fertilizer in gardens.
- Maintain cleanliness of garden areas and external pathways.
- Use and maintain gardening equipment safely.
- Report any garden-related issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Standard VII.
- Experience in gardening is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
