1. Training Coordinator

Key responsibilities include creating training matrices, planning annual programs within budget, organizing sessions, evaluating effectiveness, and auditing providers. The role also involves developing the Operator Training Simulator (OTS), conducting competency assessments, and proposing gap-closing training.
• Duties:
  • Develop and deploy the Operator Training Simulator (OTS).
  • Identify training needs and annual programs.
  • Train operators on-site using OTS.
  • Evaluate training performance and competency levels.
  • Maintain a robust competence management system.
