Hotel Housekeeper
Description
We are seeking a diligent Hotel Housekeeper to keep our hotel looking its absolute best. You will work with a team of professional butlers and may be assigned to different shifts each week. Our ideal Hotel Housekeeper has a keen eye for detail while handling vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping duties. Our hotel staff prides itself on providing outstanding hospitality to our guests, and your housekeeping services are a significant part of this. Candidates with prior cleaning experience are preferred, but we are willing to train hardworking people who are team players.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy up hotel bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centres, and restaurants.
- Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins.
- Replace toiletries.
- Provide laundry services for guests.
- Collaborate with butler team to complete the daily cleaning schedule.
- Restock cleaning supplies in the hand cart.
- Report any issues that require maintenance.
Requirements and Skills
- Attention to detail – Ensuring all cleaning work is carried out to an exceptional standard.
- Initiative – The ability to be a self-starter and identify opportunities to add value for employers, over and above set daily cleaning tasks.
- Customer focus – Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver on the customer’s requirements every time.

Hotel Butler
Description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that cleaning and household chores are completed.
- Answering telephonic and written communications on behalf of the employer.
- Greeting guests in a professional manner upon their arrival.
- Sourcing and training new staff, preparing and communicating staff schedules, and running payroll.
- Coordinating the maintenance and preservation of the estate’s artworks, antiques, and silverware.
- Assisting with the management of important assets, including wines, cigars, books, and automobiles.
- Overseeing monthly budgeting and security, as well as household inventories for the property.
- Assisting the employer and other household staff with the planning of events.
- Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners.

Requirements and Skills
- A high-school diploma or GED qualification.

Description
The Personal Assistant (PA) shall support the company’s administrative, operational, and coordination needs across various departments. The PA will work closely with department heads and management to ensure smooth execution of daily activities, timely follow-up of tasks, and proper documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and following up on departmental tasks and priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record action points for internal teams.
- Maintain and update departmental records, documents, and task tracking tools.
- Support recruitment activities, including tracking candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in organizing staff schedules, performance reviews, and HR-related documentation.
