Internship Positions Available:

1. Intern Digital Officer – Dar es Salaam
   Reports To: Business Development Manager
   Job Role:
   We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative Intern Digital Officer to assist in managing our digital presence, enhancing online engagement, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or current student eager to gain experience in digital marketing within the healthcare sector.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Social Media Management:
     Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and analyzing performance.
   • Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
     Design graphics, videos, and multimedia content using tools like Canva, Photoshop; assist in writing blog posts, website articles, and social media captions; support email marketing campaigns.
   • Website & SEO Support:
     Update website content and assist in SEO optimization.
   • Data Analysis & Reporting:
     Track and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and provide insights for improvements.
   • Other Digital Initiatives:
     Support webinars, virtual events, and research on digital trends.

   Qualifications:

   • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
   • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
   • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
   • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
   • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

   Preferred Qualifications:

   • Experience with WordPress or graphic design software is a plus.
   • Previous experience in digital marketing or healthcare is beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Marketing Campaign Support:
     Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, develop promotional materials, and coordinate field & corporate activations, events, and outreach campaigns.
   • Social Media & Digital Marketing:
     Assist in content creation for social media, monitor engagement, and support paid advertisements.
   • Customer Engagement & Market Research:
     Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support in collecting client feedback.
   • Partnership & Outreach Support:
     Engage with partners and stakeholders, collaborate with influencers/media, and organize marketing activations.
   • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
     Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

   Qualifications:

   • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
