Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceed sales targets by selling IT products to new and existing customers.
  • Follow and implement sales strategies set by the Sales Manager/Operations Supervisor.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Research competitors’ products, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through calls and networking.
  • Set up meetings and deliver product presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling customer objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT sales (Laptops, Printers, Software, POS systems, etc.).
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong communication skills to engage clients and close deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of IT solutions, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Customer Relations: Ability to build and maintain long-term business partnerships
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willing to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
