Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceed sales targets by selling IT products to new and existing customers.
- Follow and implement sales strategies set by the Sales Manager/Operations Supervisor.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Research competitors’ products, pricing, and market conditions.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through calls and networking.
- Set up meetings and deliver product presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling customer objections.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT sales (Laptops, Printers, Software, POS systems, etc.).
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong communication skills to engage clients and close deals.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of IT solutions, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Customer Relations: Ability to build and maintain long-term business partnerships
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Flexibility & Travel: Willing to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
