Job Description:
- Responsibilities:
- Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Service: Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Customer Care: Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Billing: Prepare and present bills, process payments, and provide change.
- Cleanliness: Keep tables and dining areas clean and tidy.
- Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress.
- Skills: Strong memory, excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Attributes: Polite and professional demeanor, attention to detail.
- Strong people skills, and flexible
- Fluent in English
