Your Mission (What You’ll Do)

  • Lead a Dream Team: Supervise and mentor our HR, Procurement, and IT officers. Your leadership will be key to their growth and our collective success!
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline our day-to-day operations-from recruitment and onboarding to performance management-making everything run like a well-oiled machine.
  • Be Our Compliance Guardian: Ensure we not only meet but exceed standards for labor laws, donor requirements, and internal policies, all with transparency and integrity.
  • Empower Our People: Lead staff welfare initiatives and be the go-to person for building positive staff relations.

You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a bonus!).
• 7+ years of progressive HR and Admin experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
• A proven track record in managing procurement and IT functions.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and a passion for compliance.
• Stellar leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
