About the Role

Milan Cable Television is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician (Night Shift) to provide technical and customer support during night operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth network performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and deliver excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues.
• Conduct signal and optical power tests.
• Install, configure, and maintain fiber connections.
• Set up and manage ONUs, routers, and switches.
• Respond to client calls and messages during night hours.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering or Network Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly at night.
• Residents of Arusha will be given priority.
