To support the growth and operational efficiency of the organization in Tanzania by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and actively engaging with clients to identify business opportunities. The role combines internal coordination with external relationship-building to ensure smooth operations and strategic expansion.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Identify and track relevant tender opportunities through public and private procurement portals.
• Support internal teams with scheduling, logistics, and coordination of meetings
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies and assets.
• Handle correspondence, filing, and basic administrative support including on boarding internal and external clients.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses related to administrative and business development functions.
• Identify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
• Support the implementation of business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform service improvements.
• Promote the company’s brand and services through professional client engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 4 years in, business development business operations, client management, or a similar role
• Professional qualification by CSP/CIM is an added advantage
