We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator-Technical to lead the implementation of a 40-hour technical training curriculum in partnership with vocational and technical institutes. This role involves coordinating curriculum delivery, managing institutional relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of training programs aligned with workforce development goals.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and partner technical institutes.
• Coordinate the rollout of a standardized 40-hour curriculum across multiple training centers.
• Ensure curriculum content aligns with industry standards and local labor market needs.
• Schedule training sessions, manage instructor assignments, and oversee classroom logistics.
• Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and feedback to ensure quality outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement including government agencies, employers, and community groups.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, budgets, and evaluation metrics.
• Prepare progress reports and contribute to donor or partner communications.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Training, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in vocational or technical education.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and training delivery models.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
