The Vodacom Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to provide graduates with valuable workplace experience. Participants will gain insight into diverse career paths, network with professionals, and build a foundation for future opportunities. This programme also serves as a pipeline into permanent roles within Vodacom as vacancies arise.

Start Date: June 2026

Programme Objectives

• Develop a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for Vodacom’s core business areas.
• Provide opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain competencies in a dynamic digital technology environment.

Programme Requirements

• Must be Tanzanian.
• Fresh graduate or graduate with less than 2 years of working experience.
• 26 years old or younger.
• Minimum of Upper Second Class Degree or equivalent.
• Preferred degree fields:
  • Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Statistics / Actuarial Science
  • Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Economics, Accounting, Finance
  • Sales & Marketing

Step 1: Ensure you meet all the above eligibility criteria.
Step 2: Complete your application and answer the pre-screening questions accurately.
Step 3: Upon submission, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Vodacom’s Resourcing Team will assess your application and provide feedback throughout the process.
Step 4: Eligible candidates will be invited to complete an online digital assessment.
